Here's a great, big THANK YOU to all the kids, teachers, helpers, and volunteers who made this past week such a great time of learning and growing at St. John's Vacation Bible School:
Gamemasters Jim Stacy, Jimmy Cook, and Sam Todora.
Songstress Jessica Cook, with John Kirk and Sarah Seymour leading worship.
The Drama Troupe of Anna Williams, Emily Fowler, Hannah Wilson, Emma Goff, Haley Hill, who also assisted in the classroom. Thanks, too, to Judy Williams, for overseeing the drama ministry.
Master Snackers Claire Hill, Stuart Cook, Anne Houk, and Frankie Murray.
Arts and Crafts Masters Elizabeth Trupiano, Julie Harrell, Markie Ishmael, and Katlyn Ritchey.
Cinema Center assistant Ariel Rawdah.
Group Leaders Betsy Blais, Christina Bovard, Meg Houk, Lisa Waldie, Doug Rawdah, and Jennifer Powers.
Group Assistants Trey Simpson, and Nathan Simpson.
And then Veronika Webber and Debbie McCaffrey, who filled-in in all sorts of ways.
And then, of course, there was our own JEANNE WEBBER at the helm. (Add applause here.) The theme has been High Seas Expedition, based on the story of Paul's shipwreck in the book of Acts. But there was no shipwreck this week--rather, a whole lot of kids buoyed up by God's Word and a lively faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
